Using an exploratory and descriptive method to establish whether consumers of imported and national food have ever witnessed a case of unfair competition, clearly to know and rule an analysis applying a quantitative and qualitative approach, the result was that 77,5% of the population of Palmira has knowledge on the subject and it is highlighted that of the total of respondents, 54.5% have concentrated on acts of confusion and 45.5% have had experience with acts of deception. It also ends with recommendations for individuals to consider actions in case of filing an act of unfair competition. |

It also ends with recommendations for individuals to consider actions in case of filing an act of unfair competition.Colombia en sus diferentes Departamentos tiene una visión diversa frente a la importación de alimentos y la producción de estos, sin embargo, la manera en que algunos de esos productos se introducen al mercado es en forma desleal; el objetivo es explorar la competencia desleal, con base en la normatividad vigente, tomando como referente las experiencias de los consumidores de Palmira en relación a productos alimenticios importados. Utilizando un método de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo para poder establecer si los consumidores de alimentos importados y nacionales han presenciado en algún momento un caso de competencia desleal, claramente para conocer y dictaminar un análisis se aplicara un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, cuyo resultado fue que el 77,5% de la población de Palmira tiene conocimiento sobre el tema y se resalta que del total de encuestados el 54,5% se han concentrado en actos de confusión y el 45,5% han tenido experiencia con actos de engaño. Así mismo se termina con recomendaciones para que los individuos tengan en cuenta acciones en caso de presentar un acto de competencia desleal.Profesional en Comercio
