For the associate measure with the risk factors of the Riskgram in the clinical practice during the dental care service at the pediatric dentistry clinic in the Villavicencio Dental School of Antonio Nariño University (OdontopedUAN-V). Method: We sought to evaluate the potential risk of new caries lesions in 50 patients (31 male children and 19 female children) between the ages of 3-14 years old, for which the Riskgram completed by the students of OdontopedUAN-V, and we were used the Cariogram® free software, which are models for evaluating caries risk factors. Unstimulated saliva (ml / min) was collected from children in a sterile plastic cup and pH was measured with pH test strips. The data were analyzed in the SPSS 22 program with a confidence level of 95%. |

The data were analyzed in the SPSS 22 program with a confidence level of 95%.Este trabajo de grado, busco determinar el pH salivar y volumen normal de saliva no estimulada durante la atención odontológica empleando indicadores químicos como cintas medidoras de pH como complemento de diagnóstico de caries junto con los ítems del Cariogram® para asociarlo con los factores del riesgograma que se diligencia durante la atención odontológica, en la clínica de odontopediatría de la UAN Villavicencio (OdontopedUAN-V). Método: Se buscó evaluar el potencial de riesgo de nuevas lesiones de caries en los 50 pacientes (31 niños de sexo masculino y 19 de sexo femenino) entre los 3-14 años, para ello se emplearon el Riesgograma que diligencian los estudiantes de OdontopedUAN-V y el Software libre Cariogram®, que son modelos de evaluación de factores de riesgo de caries. La saliva no estimulada (ml/min) se recolecto en los niños en un vaso de plástico estéril y se midió el pH con tirillas reactivas para pH.
