The theoretical framework is based on studies on: male domination, gender violence, intimate partner violence, effects of violence on women, psychological violence and femicide. The methodology is carried out from a qualitative approach, with the open interview instrument, for the analysis the following categories are taken into account: role of the woman in a relationship, perception of gender violence and forms of coping. It is handled from a hermeneutic design. The results of the research suggest that the participants in general are aware of the facts that they should not endure in their relationships and what they should do at the first moment of feeling assaulted and in addition to this, furthermore, although when acts of violence are made up of them, they do not recognize them and accept the violence. But despite this it it is evident that there is empowerment and struggle from the couple relationships against gender violence, without discriminating region. Esta investigación presenta los análisis de la percepción de violencia de género por parte de 4 mujeres de una ciudad grande (Bogotá) y un municipio (San Marcos), que se encuentran en una relación de pareja en edades entre los 20 y 27 años. El objetivo de la investigación se centra en el análisis de la percepción de violencia de género de las participantes de la muestra. Teniendo como ruta en el marco teórico los estudios sobre: dominación masculina, violencia de género, violencia de pareja, efectos de la violencia en las mujeres, violencia psicológica y feminicidio. La metodología se realiza desde un enfoque cualitativo, con el instrumento de entrevista abierta, para el análisis se tienen en cuenta las categorías: rol de la mujer en una relación, percepción de violencia de género y formas de afrontamiento. Que se maneja desde un diseño hermenéutico. Los resultados de la investigación sugieren que las participantes en general tienen conciencia de los hechos que no deben soportar en sus relaciones y qué deben hacer en el primer momento de sentirse agredidas y además de ello, aunque cuando se les maquillan hechos de violencia, no los reconocen y aceptan la violencia. Pero a pesar de ello se evidencia que hay empoderamiento y lucha desde las relaciones de pareja contra la violencia de género, sin discriminar región. Abstrato Esta pesquisa apresenta a análise da percepção da violência de gênero por parte de 4 mulheres de uma grande cidade (Bogotá) e de uma cidade de médio porte (San Marcos), que vivem uma relação de casal entre 20 e 27 anos. . O objetivo da pesquisa centra-se na análise da percepção da violência de gênero dos participantes da amostra. O referencial teórico fundamenta-se em estudos sobre: dominação masculina, violência de gênero, violência contra parceiro íntimo, efeitos da violência na mulher, violência psicológica e feminicídio. A metodologia é realizada a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, com o instrumento de entrevista aberta, para a análise são consideradas as seguintes categorias: papel da mulher na relação, percepção da violência de gênero e formas de enfrentamento. É tratado a partir de um desenho hermenêutico. Os resultados da pesquisa sugerem que os participantes em geral estão cientes dos fatos que não devem suportar em seus relacionamentos e o que devem fazer nos primeiros momentos de se sentirem agredidos e, além disso, ainda que quando sejam atos de violência. formados por eles, não os reconhecem e aceitam a violência. Mas apesar disso é evidente que há empoderamento e luta das relações do casal contra a violência de gênero, sem discriminação regional.
