The company CONSTRUCCIONES FONSECA LTDA carries out all kinds of civil works and the function of this project is to provide technical support as an engineer in the development of different administrative activities that lead to good practices in their work. It must be taken into account that the maintenance work of buildings is a task that has been studied and analyzed in different countries and that is why different models and systems are already being carried out to evaluate the deterioration and maintenance costs of an infrastructure. Among the studies that have been carried out on the maintenance of infrastructure, there are some that speak to us of the importance of models of deterioration of buildings; they tell us: “Deterioration models are essential components of infrastructure management systems (IMS) because they predict the future condition of infrastructure facilities and, consequently, help optimize maintenance (Kwon et al., 2020) (Bonilha, 1985) ”.El modelo de pasantía para este proyecto está enfocado a la realización de diferentes actividades de obra civil pero que están concentradas en el mantenimiento de edificaciones y contemplan la aplicación de diferentes sistemas constructivos para su realización. La empresa FONSECA&CONSTRUCCIONES SAS realiza todo tipo de obras civiles y la función de este proyecto es la de brindar apoyo técnico como estudiante de ingeniería civil en el desarrollo de diferentes actividades administrativas que conlleven a las buenas prácticas en sus labores. Hay que tener en cuenta que el trabajo de mantenimiento de edificaciones es una labor que ha sido estudiada y analizada en diferentes países y es por esto que ya se realizan diferentes modelos y sistemas para evaluar el deterioro y los costos de mantenimiento de una infraestructura.
