Etiología de la no denuncia de la violencia contra la mujer: un estudio factico sobre las causas por las cuales la mujer no denuncian actos de violencia sexual contra la mujer

The study of violence against women is a subject that requires a detailed analysis, since there are many typifying factors that exist and that, as a consequence, bring about situations of oppression that in most cases leads to not denouncing these behaviors , and therefore to adopt positions of tolerance and normality of these events; The following research project refers to a "Study of the reasons why women do not report acts of sexual violence in the city of Neiva"; the methodology proposed by the authors proposes the identification of the factors that lead to the non-materialization of the complaint in a population sample of women in order to analyze a socio-legal level the reason why despite the fact of violence (sexual ), most of them do not report and take a passive position. The descriptive and quantitative analysis is carried out in the city of Neiva and uses law 1257 of December 2008 as its normative guide. Finally, it is expected, based on a DOFA analysis, to propose a route of action that sensitizes and sensitizes women to the obligation. they have to safeguard their dignity, integrity and values as people in society.
