Summary:The multiple realities in which youth subjectivities unfold in the city of Bogotá have as many dyes as there are possibilities and limitations in their lifetimes associated with the social inequality latent in the city context. This fact is permeated by the way they interact with the social environment and become participants and agents of it. One of the ways that young people have to approach the world has to do with the practice of graffiti. The main objective of the research process is to analyze the political subjectivities that are configured around the practice of graffiti in a group of young graffiti artists in the city of Bogotá. The above in the light of the processes that shape and enhance the development of political subjectivity, as a way of reflecting and taking a stand against reality, based on the personal and historical constructions that mediate their subjectivity and manifest themselves in the action lived and narrated in the different public participation scenarios; This research is qualitative. The interview as a technique for collecting information. Content analysis as a methodology to reveal the understanding of political subjectivity, which allowed to advance an analysis of the social phenomenon in light of the discourse of the participants. Finding that political subjectivity is an integrating element if one counts on the personal, emotional and social mobility of the subject in cultural spaces that is facilitated the instituted and the instituting as plurality of interests. In this case the graffiti artists of the city consolidate as a single voice to propitiate the appropriation of public space where the meanings, symbols and emotions that are transported in their works and emanate from contemporary realities play
