Colombia is one of the countries with the greatest richness of this species, there are eight known species of which three are endemic. Due to the fact that the species' habits are nocturnal, they make it difficult to evaluate its behavior, which can create obstacles in the proper management of the genus in captivity. In this study, a behavioral catalog is carried out in a pair of Aotus sp. In captivity, with 5 patterns and 30 behavioral units, ad libitum sampling was used and then a focal sampling with a one-zero record was performed for 10 hours, in 3-minute samples with 20 seconds of rest; this information collected from recordings taken by a night camera, during a period of 100 hours. The results reflect that the activity of the individuals is directly related to time and it is evidenced that the male is the most active individual.Los individuos del genero Aotus spp.son primates nocturnos, tiene una distribución geográfica que se limita a Suramérica y América central. Colombia es uno de los países con mayor riqueza de esta especie, se conoce de ocho especies de las cuales tres son endémicas. Debido a que los hábitos de la especie son nocturnos dificulta evaluar su comportamiento, lo que puede generar obstáculos en un adecuado manejo del género en cautiverio. En este estudio se realiza un catálogo comportamental en una pareja de Aotus sp. en cautiverio, con 5 patrones y 30 unidades comportamentales, inicialmente se empleó un muestreo ad libitum y luego se realizó un muestreo focal con registro uno-cero durante 10 horas, en muestreos de 3 minutos con 20 segundos de descanso; esta información recolectada a partir de grabaciones tomadas por una cámara nocturna, durante un periodo de 100 horas.
