Partiendo desde los análisis Macro, Meso y Micro. A través de diferentes métodos investigativos, para obtención de información del porque esta problemática debe ser solucionada y desde el ámbito de la arquitectura, mediante la propuesta del diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico que cumpla los planes diseñados para el municipio por parte de los diferentes planes de desarrollo, aplicados por el gobierno y bajo las diferentes normativas se pueda dar
