Summary:Carry out a pre-feasibility study for the creation of a technical service company for white line appliances and gas appliances in the city of Villavicencio. Identify the market to whom the project is going to be directed, carry out a technical-operative study for the development of the project, and analyze the feasibility of the project through a financial study. A mixed investigation will be applied, that is to say qualitative and quantitative, this because qualitative aspects of the market will be investigated, such as the perception of the clients, as well as the quantitative investigation, since information will be collected through different tools, which is useful and reliable for the viability of the project. The measurement variables will be: Socioeconomic stratum, number of household appliances, demand, supply, price and competition. The survey will be applied in the development of this project in the realization of a series of questions addressed to the community in general to find out their opinion regarding the problem presented and the possible solution to it, regarding the creation of the technical service company. . In the first phase, it was possible to identify the current behavior of the market for the technical service of household appliances and gas appliances in the city of Villavicencio, a segmentation of the market was carried out by demographics and at a socioeconomic level, through the survey, this was applied to people from various strata, according to the data obtained in the first part of this phase, it was identified that the majority of the respondents correspond to socioeconomic stratum three (3), in the second part of this phase it was determined that in the majority of households They have a fridge, stove, washing machine and a low percentage, air conditioning. And it was also observed that the two brands of electrical appliances in these homes are Mabe and Whirlpool.
