description	This document seeks to study and make known the regulations and tax benefits that the National Government has made available to encourage the use of electric vehicles, in order to contribute to the reduction of pollutant emissions and sustainable mobility. It shows users what infrastructure is currently available for fast charging of electric vehicles in the city of Bogotá, and what slow-charging systems can be installed in homes. The future projection that has been established for the city of Bogotá with respect to fast charging stations was also studied. The economic study emphasized why costs are the greatest obstacle to the acquisition of electric vehicles, and the environmental study sought to make a comparison of emissions between electric and internal combustion vehicles. The objective of the construction of a booklet showing potential buyers the options available in the Colombian market and incentives that apply to owners of electric vehicles. This primer serves as a guide when determining which vehicle best suits your needs.

This primer serves as a guide when determining which vehicle best suits your needs.Este documento busco estudiar y poner en conocimiento la normatividad y los beneficios tributarios que el Gobierno Nacional ha puesto a disposición para incentivar el uso de vehículos eléctricos, con el fin de contribuir a la reducción de emisiones contaminantes y a la movilidad sostenible. Se muestra a los usuarios con que infraestructura se cuenta actualmente para carga rápida de vehículos eléctricos en la ciudad de Bogotá, y que sistemas de carga lenta se pueden instalar en domicilios. También se estudió la proyección a futuro que se ha establecido para la ciudad de Bogotá con respecto a las estaciones de carga rápida. Con el estudio económico se hacer énfasis del porqué los costos son el mayor de obstáculos para la adquisición de Vehículos Eléctricos; y con el estudio ambiental se buscó realizar una comparación de las emisiones entre vehículos eléctricos y de combustión interna. Con el objetivo de la construcción de una cartilla donde se muestra a los posibles compradores las opciones disponibles en el mercado colombiano e incentivos que se aplica para los propietarios de vehículos eléctricos.
