In the development of this project, it shows a field work carried out in various stages, considering the relevant information of the company as its strategic plans that show an evolutionary business analysis, reflected in a timeline and financial indicators, in which they are determined elements immersed in the positioning, growth and development of the Industrial Park; Likewise, a diagnosis of the regional context and the current situation of the organization is described, emphasizing the behavior of the management lines currently managed. Internal and external variables were determined as part of a SWOT matrix that concludes in critical points of improvement, which were analyzed and studied in order to determine strategies that impact management of the organization, and were also taken as a reference point for the development within the Canvas tool and the integral Dashboards for the strategic proposal for improvement. The main findings determined in this study reflect that the promotion and implementation of new services and benefits that contribute to greater associativity are relevant to the CIDEB Ltda, also the positioning of new and large industrial-type companies and the continuation and investment in social projects would contribute Better management for industrial park.La Cooperativa Industrial de Boyacá CIDEB Ltda, es la entidad gestora y administradora de la Ciudadela Parque Industrial de Duitama, para la que se planteó una propuesta de mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa, como parte de un trabajo de grado en modalidad de pasantía. En el desarrollo del presente proyecto, muestra un trabajo de campo realizado en diversas etapas, considerando la información relevante de la empresa como sus planes estratégicos que muestran un análisis evolutivo empresarial, reflejado en una línea del tiempo e indicadores financieros, en el que se determinan elementos inmersos en el posicionamiento, crecimiento y desarrollo del Parque Industrial; así mismo se describe un diagnóstico del contexto regional y la situación actual de la organización, haciendo énfasis en el comportamiento de las líneas de gestión manejadas actualmente. Se determinaros variables internas y externas como parte de una matriz FODA que concluye en puntos críticos de mejora, los cuales fueron analizados y estudiados con el fin de determinar estrategias que impacten en gestión de la organización, además se tomaron como punto de referencia para el desarrolló dentro de la herramienta Canvas y los Cuadros de mando integrales para la propuesta estratégica de mejora.
