Washington, D.C.: Union Panamericana.PropiaIn Neiva the disorderly growth has produced the weakening of the different infrastructures, causing the loss of the multifunctionality of the Micro Center of the city, due to the presence of environmental, urban and social deterioration in the sector, acquiring wear of the existing systems and increasing new activities caused by said urban degradation, leading the city to an overload and saturation of determinants such as the Main Ecological Structure, Public Space and Mobility. Proof by which the need to carry out renovation and recovery projects within the City of Neiva is generated, in development of Decree number 000647 of 2012 of Neiva where the Partial Plan of urban Renovation of the Traditional Center of Neiva is applied supporting the above , Public space and mobility are transformed into the renovation and recovery strategies of the Neiva Micro Center, since this orientation is directly related to the deterioration in the sector, which are increased to solve the problems presented. Tactics that are applied through proposed elements such as the recovery of activities, avenues, pedestrian axes, environmental axes, sustainable transport systems and the application of theories such as super blocks, establishing potential areas of public space that integrate the different functions generated by the multifunctionality to the cultural, housing and tourist activities of the sector, producing the integration of the Environmental Structure with the urban fabric of the Micro Center.En Neiva el crecimiento desordenado ha producido el debilitamiento de las distintas infraestructuras, originando la perdida de la multifuncionalidad del Micro Centro de la ciudad, debido a la presencia de deterioros ambientales, urbanos y sociales en el sector, adquiriendo desgaste de los sistemas existentes y aumentando nuevas actividades ocasionadas por dicha degradación urbana, llevando a la ciudad a una sobrecarga y saturación de determinantes como la Estructura Ecológica Principal, Espacio Público y Movilidad. Prueba por la cual se genera la necesidad de realizar proyectos de renovación y recuperación dentro de la Ciudad de Neiva, en desarrollo del Decreto número 000647 del 2012 de Neiva en donde se aplica El Plan Parcial de Renovación urbana del Centro Tradicional de Neiva apoyando lo anterior, el espacio Público y la movilidad se transforma en las estrategias de renovación y recuperación del Micro Centro de Neiva, debido a que esta orientación están directamente relacionados con el deterioro presentado en el sector, las cuales se incrementan para solucionar las problemáticas presentadas. Tácticas que se aplican mediante elementos propuestos como la recuperación de actividades, las alamedas, los ejes peatonales, ejes ambientales, sistemas de transporte sostenible y la aplicación de teorías como la súper manzanas, estableciendo áreas potenciales de Espacio público que integran las distintas funciones generadas por la multifuncionalidad a las actividades culturales, habitacionales
