Taking into account the needs of the current market, it is necessary to implement management schemes and techniques that allow companies to be more competitive, giving the greatest importance to customer satisfaction. By structuring the business plan in integrated HSEQ management systems, it is expected to be able to motivate companies not only to make the decision to execute it, but to take all the systematic processes and procedures in search of continuous organizational and strategic improvement, obtaining ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety at work) certifications, which promote business capacity, sustainability and safety.
