Plan Parcial de Desarrollo Urbano en el Municipio de Neiva

The present degree work seeks to analyze, diagnose and propose a partial plan in the eastern area of the municipality of Neiva, in the UPZ La Toma, which aims to reduce the deficit of existing public space in the city, for this it is intended to use La Toma city park as a re ference point and main area of the partial plan, this with the purpose of using one of the four centralities of the municipality or the city parks, with the purpose of presenting the great potential that could be achieve by consolidating these points of th e city, which apart from drastically raising the rates of public space in the city, will manage to provide development to the city by generating connectivity to the city from all its four outskirts, and thus manage to plan a development model for the futur e by gradually expanding the municipality.
