Abstract— Facing the need to improve the administrative operations within the organizations providing health services, the initial phase of implementation of Lean Healthcare is shared, to optimize processes by eliminating activities that do not provide added value and decrease quality. The main focus of the project was to generate a process of continuous improvement in the administrative functions of the Oncological IPS through the 9’s, Amfe, and Vsm methodology, to increase the satisfaction and importance of the users and the quality of the service. Initially, a diagnosis of the current situation was carried out, identifying the critical variables, applying the tools from the short-term solution strategies, validating them through an analysis of management indicators. As a result, a matrix of management indicators was proposed, eight of which are fully proposed to evaluate the impact of the project, in which greater participation of the members was obtained, seventeen application documents were generated from the strategies developed, where twenty of the twenty-eight critical factors identified were solved, increasing efficiency in daily activities, productivity, and performance of workers. |

El enfoque principal del proyecto fue generar un proceso de mejora continua en las funciones administrativas de la IPS Oncológica a través de la metodología 9’s, Amfe y Vsm, para dar un incremento de satisfacción e importancia en los usuarios y en la calidad del servicio.Inicialmente se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico de la situación actual, identificando las variables críticas, aplicando las herramientas a partir de las estrategias de solución a corto plazo, validándolas a través de un análisis de indicadores de gestión.Como resultados se planteó una matriz de indicadores de gestión, de los cuales ocho (8) son totalmente propuestos para evaluar el impacto del proyecto, en el cual se obtuvo una mayor participación de los integrantes, se generaron diecisiete (17) documentos de aplicación a partir de las estrategias desarrolladas, donde de los veintiocho (28) factores críticos identificados, veinte (20) fueron solventados, incrementando la eficiencia dentro de las actividades diarias, la productividad y desempeño de los trabajadores.Resumo— Face à necessidade de melhorar as operações administrativas dentro das organizações que prestam serviços de saúde, a fase inicial da implementação do Lean Healthcare é partilhada, para optimizar processos eliminando actividades que não acrescentam valor reduzindo a qualidade. O foco principal do projecto foi gerar um processo de melhoria contínua nas funções administrativas da IPS Oncologia através da metodologia 9’s, Amfe e Vsm, para dar um aumento da satisfação e importância nos utilizadores e na qualidade do serviço. Inicialmente foi realizado um diagnóstico da situação actual, identificando as variáveis críticas, aplicando as ferramentas das estratégias de solução a curto prazo, validando-as através de uma análise de indicadores de gestão.
