The results show that education, employment and housing conditions are the critical variables within the department in the period studied, identifying needs and opportunities for access to education, conditions which ensure the permanence of students in each grade, generation of quality employment in order to reduce informality and the improvement of housing conditions in the community.El presente trabajo realizó un estudio de medición de la pobreza en distintas dimensiones en el departamento de Córdoba para el año 2012 utilizando el Índice de Pobreza Multidimensional IPM con información de la Encuesta de Calidad de Vida del DANE. Se caracterizó la población teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones y variables propuestas por el IPM y posteriormente se hallaron los distintos indicadores de pobreza multidimensional en Córdoba. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que la educación, el empleo y las condiciones de la vivienda son las variables críticas dentro del departamento en el período estudiado, identificándose necesidades como las oportunidades de acceso a la educación, condiciones que aseguren la permanencia de los estudiantes en cada nivel educativo, generación de empleo de calidad para la disminución de la informalidad y el mejoramiento de las condiciones de la vivienda de la comunidad.Le travail présent a réalisé une étude de mesure de la pauvreté dans des dimensions distinctes dans le département de Cordoue pour le 2012 en utilisant l’Indice de Pauvreté Multidimensionnelle IPM avec information sur l’Enquête de Qualité de Vida de j’ai abîmé. La population a été caractérisée en tenant en compte des dimensions et les propositions variables par l’IPM et par la suite les indicateurs distincts de pauvreté multidimensionnelle se sont trouvés à Cordoue.
