In this sense, recent research, even stepping away from the ideas put forward by Foucault, has given way to valuable notions, as in the cases of Esposito, Agamben, and Lemke. Evidently, racism becomes important because of its magnitude and, above all, the actuality that crosses the limits in the complex Bolivian reality. The relationship between racism and biopolitics converges in a heated philosophical and political interpretation. In the reflections on racism in Bolivia, biopolitics can establish and connect aspects that have not been taken into account so far in what is called racist ideology.El concepto de biopolítica se sitúa indudablemente en las reflexiones contemporáneas y encuentra en Michel Foucault a uno de sus notables representantes en el desarrollo teórico. En ese sentido, las recientes investigaciones, alejándose incluso de las ideas planteadas por Foucault, dieron paso a valiosas consideraciones, como son los casos de Esposito, Agamben y Lemke. Evidentemente, el racismo cobra importancia por la magnitud y, sobre todo, por la actualidad que franquean los límites en la compleja realidad boliviana. La relación entre el racismo y la biopolítica converge en una acalorada interpretación tanto filosófica como política.
