El presente trabajo se centra en la sistematización de la experiencia educativa desarrollada en el área de matemáticas de la media especializada del colegio Reino de Holanda, nacida de la creatividad y voluntad de los maestros, la cual permite a los estudiantes desarrollar de manera activa, colaborativa y participativa habilidades y desempeños que promueven el pensamiento matemático y les ofrece la oportunidad de aprender a reconocerse e interactuar con el otro. La interpretación y comprensión de la experiencia se realiza alrededor del reconocimiento de la práctica docente con sus características y relaciones que la legitiman en su contexto y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. La sistematización en esta oportunidad es asumida como una modalidad de investigación cualitativa de enfoque hermenéutico, enriquecida con los aportes del método etnográfico, visto en el proceso de sistematización como una vía que permite la reconstrucción, interpretación y comprensión significativa de unas acciones pedagógicas y didácticas dadas en el escenario educativo de un contexto específico. La sistematización muestra los análisis surgidos de las matrices aplicadas a los relatos, desde las categorías: resolución de problemas, dinámica de aula, rol del maestro, rol del estudiante y aporte a la comunidad académica. Finalmente, se presentan los hallazgos, recomendaciones y conclusiones. |

Finalmente, se presentan los hallazgos, recomendaciones y conclusiones.The present work focuses on the systematization of the educational experience developed in the area of math of the middle college specialized of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, born of the creativity and the willingness of the teachers, which allows students to develop an active, participatory and collaborative skills and performances that promote the mathematical thinking and offers them the opportunity to learn how to recognize and interact with the other. The interpretation and understanding of the experience is carried out around the recognition of the teaching practice with its features and relations that legitimize in its context and the learning of students. The systematic approach to this opportunity is assumed as a form of qualitative research of hermeneutic approach, enriched by the contributions of the ethnographic method, seen in the process of systematization as a track that allows the reconstruction, interpretation and understanding of a significant pedagogical and didactic actions given in the educational setting of a specific context. The systematization shows the analysis that emerged from the arrays applied to the stories, from the categories: resolution of problems, classroom dynamics, the role of the teacher role and contribution of the student to the academic community.
