In Boyacá, there have been important efforts in building scenarios coordination of the various organizational initiatives, mainly with sectors that are constantly violated human rights; work has focused around training processes, prevention and support in the different scenarios where it is considered an urgent need addressing humanitarian issues in the prevention of crimes.El objetivo general del trabajo de investigación del cual se deriva este artículo, fue “Describir y analizar el contexto de violencia de los Derechos Humanos en el occidente de Boyacá (Otanche, Muzo y Coscuez), desde el año 2010”, para ello se hace un análisis del contexto histórico del conflicto en el occidente de Boyacá; se identifican los momentos en los cuales se ubica la vulneración de los Derechos Humanos en la zona de influencia y, por último, se establecen las relaciones entre violaciones de derechos humanos y esfuerzos de construcción de paz en esta región, con base en las experiencias de la sociedad civil. En Boyacá, se han desarrollado importantes esfuerzos en la construcción de escenarios de articulación de las diferentes iniciativas organizativas, principalmente, con sectores en los que son constantemente vulnerados los Derechos Humanos; se ha orientado el trabajo en torno a procesos de formación, prevención y acompañamiento en los distintos escenarios donde se considera una urgente necesidad atender los temas humanitarios en la prevención de los crímenes.L’objectif global de cette recherche était “Décrire et analyser le contexte de la violence des droits humains dans l’ouest de Boyacá (Otanche, Muzo et Coscuez), depuis 2010”, car il est une analyse sur le contexte conflit historique dans l’ouest de Boyacá; moments où la violation des droits de l’homme réside dans la zone d’influence et, enfin, la relation entre les violations et les efforts pour construire la paix dans cette région droits de l’homme sont établis en fonction des expériences de la identifié société civile.
