(National Council for Economic and Social Policy, 2005).In the Department of Boyacá with the purpose of promoting tourism in the region, taking ad­vantage of natural resources, geographic position and cultural aspects that owns the provincial government boost a project called “The Tour Boyacá Rings” as stated in the plan departmental development, “Boyacá is the duty of all” 2004- 2007. This research aims to establish how far these rings have enabled the development of tourism in each of the municipalities of Boyacá included in them and what impact it has had on the people of the region; because it shows that many municipalities have been little visited by tourists and is therefore important to determi­ne the shortcomings that have prevented the projected impact.

(Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, 2005).En el Departamento de Boyacá con el propósito de impulsar la actividad turística de la región, aprovechando los recursos naturales, posiciona­mientos geográficos y aspectos culturales que posee, el gobierno departamental impulso un proyecto llamado “Los Anillos Turísticos de Boya­cá”, consignado en el plan de desarrollo departa­mental, “Boyacá es Deber de Todos” 2004-2007. La presente investigación pretende establecer hasta dónde estos anillos han permitido el desarrollo del turismo en cada uno de los municipios de Boyacá incluidos en los mismos y qué impacto ha tenido sobre los habitantes de la región; ya que se observa que muchos de los municipios han sido poco visitados por los turistas y por ello es importante determinar las falencias que no han permitido el impacto proyectado.Le tourisme est reconnu comme un impact de l’activité économique sur les régions pour leur développement rapide et la croissance écono­mique, comme appropriée le développement de cette activité, les perspectives de changement sur la gestion des ressources naturelles, la transfor­mation des paradigmes concernant l’utilisation ressources et les aspects culturels. (Conseil na­tional de politique économique et social, 2005)Dans le département de Boyacá dans le but de promouvoir le tourisme dans la région, profitant des ressources naturelles, la position géogra­phique et des aspects culturels qui détient le gouvernement provincial à stimuler un projet intitulé «Les Anneaux Visite Boyacá” comme indi­qué dans le plan développement départemental, “Boyacá est du devoir de tous” 2004-2007.
