To get out of the problem, the philosopher proposes active tolerance, which implies putting into practice a dialogue between the various sectors in conflict for religious differences, which will seek to reach agreements that put an end to the conflict.El objetivo de este artículo consiste en elucidar la crisis de los derechos humanos, identificada en la obra de Voltaire, concretamente en tres de sus libros: Cartas inglesas o Cartas filosóficas; Diccionario filosófico, y en especial; Tratado sobre la tolerancia, en los que se identifica como problema central: “la intolerancia religiosa”, conducta que desencadena la violación de una pluralidad de derechos subjetivos. Para salir del problema, el filósofo propone la tolerancia activa, que implica poner en ejercicio un diálogo entre los diversos sectores en pugna por diferencias religiosas, en donde se buscará llegar a unos acuerdos que pongan fin al conflicto.L'objectif de cet article est d'élucider la crise des droits de l'homme identifiée dans l'oeuvre de Voltaire, plus précisément dans trois de ses livres : Lettres anglaises ou lettres philosophiques; Dictionnaire philosophique, et surtout ; Traité sur la tolérance, dans lequel il identifie "l'intolérance religieuse" comme le problème central, un comportement qui déclenche la violation d'une pluralité de droits subjectifs. Afin de surmonter ce problème, le philosophe propose une tolérance active, ce qui implique de mettre en pratique un dialogue entre les différents secteurs en conflit en raison de différences religieuses, où des accords seront recherchés pour mettre fin au conflit.O objectivo deste artigo é elucidar a crise dos direitos humanos identificada na obra de Voltaire, especificamente em três dos seus livros: Cartas Inglesas ou Cartas Filosóficas; Dicionário Filosófico, e especialmente; Tratado sobre Tolerância, no qual a "intolerância religiosa" é identificada como o problema central, um comportamento que desencadeia a violação de uma pluralidade de direitos subjectivos.
