Festivities are reference instruments for different cultural acts or events in which the human being is immersed. Colombia is a clear example, since its cultures are framed in the different events that are carried out during a year, one of them is the Reign of the Third Age in Tibasosa, Boyacá- Colombia has been catalogued as the second country with more festivities in the world, according to the annual survey carried out by Gallup, WIN and the Consultancy Center. In this sense, a documentary, descriptive and mixed type of research was carried out, which allowed the analysis of the state of the National Kingdom of the Third Age in the municipality of Tibasosa, where it was concluded that there is a scarce cultural diffusion, and thus overall, it was investigated on the influence that this event has on the generation of increases in the tourist sector at a municipal, departmental and national level, paying attention to diverse strategies to this and other festivities that would lead to the potential of tourism as a development engine in all its dimensions. In effect, it was considered important to take as references, informative, theoretical portals with patrimonial foundations and programs and projects of the government, in order to establish the importance of the events and the commitment, participation and action of a part of the society that, in many moments has been forgotten. |

Colombia es un claro ejemplo, pues sus culturas están enmarcadas en los distintos eventos que se realizan durante un año, uno de ellos es el Reinado de la Tercera Edad en Tibasosa, Boyacá. Colombia ha sido catalogada como segundo país con más festividades en el mundo, según la encuesta anual realizada por Gallup, WIN y el Centro Consultoría. En este sentido, se realizó una investigación documental, descriptivo y de tipo mixto, que permitió analizar el estado del Reinado Nacional de la Tercera Edad, donde se pudo concluir que existe una difusión cultural escasa, y así en conjunto, se indagó sobre la influencia que este evento tiene en la generación de incrementos en el sector turístico a nivel municipal, departamental y nacional, prestando atención a diversas estrategias a esta y otras festividades que conllevarían a potencializar al turismo como motor de desarrollo en todas sus dimensiones. En efecto, se consideró importante tomar como referentes, portales informativos, teóricos con fundamentación patrimonial y programas y proyectos del gobierno, a fin de establecer la importancia de los eventos y el compromiso, participación y acción de una parte de la sociedad que, en muchos momentos se ha ido olvidando.Les festivités sont des instruments de référence pour différents actes ou événements culturels dans lesquels l'être humain est immergé. La Colombie est un exemple clair, puisque ses cultures sont encadrées dans les différents événements qui sont réalisés au cours d'une année, l'un d'eux est le règne du troisième âge à Tibasosa, Boyacá- La Colombie a été cataloguée comme le deuxième pays avec plus de festivités dans le monde, selon l'enquête annuelle réalisée par Gallup, WIN et le Centre de consultation. Dans ce sens, une recherche de type documentaire, descriptif et mixte a été réalisée, qui a permis d'analyser l'état du Royaume National du Troisième Age dans la municipalité de Tibasosa, où il a été conclu qu'il existe une faible diffusion culturelle, et donc globalement, il a été enquêté sur l'influence que cet événement a sur la génération d'augmentations dans le secteur touristique au niveau municipal, départemental et national, en prêtant attention aux diverses stratégies de cette fête et d'autres qui mèneraient au potentiel du tourisme comme moteur de développement dans toutes ses dimensions. En effet, il a été considéré important de prendre comme références, des portails informatifs et théoriques avec des fondations patrimoniales et des programmes et projets du gouvernement, afin d'établir l'importance des événements et l'engagement, la participation et l'action d'une partie de la société qui, dans de nombreux moments, a été oubliée.As festividades são instrumentos de referência para diferentes atos ou eventos culturais nos quais o ser humano está imerso. A Colômbia é um exemplo claro, já que suas culturas estão enquadradas nos diferentes eventos que acontecem durante um ano, um deles é o Reino da Terceira Idade em Tibasosa, Boyacá- Colômbia foi catalogado como o segundo país com mais festividades no mundo, de acordo com a pesquisa anual realizada pela Gallup, WIN e o Centro de Consultoria. Neste sentido, foi realizada uma pesquisa de tipo documental, descritiva e mista, que permitiu a análise do estado do Reino Nacional da Terceira Idade no município de Tibasosa, onde se concluiu que há uma escassa difusão cultural e, portanto, de modo geral, foi investigada a influência que este evento tem na geração de incremento do setor turístico a nível municipal, departamental e nacional, prestando atenção a diversas estratégias para esta e outras festividades que levariam ao potencial do turismo como motor de desenvolvimento em todas as suas dimensões.
