La tutela: mecanismo de defensa del derecho a la salud Bucaramanga y Área Metropolitana (2005 - 2008) Col.

En Colombia y específicamente para el caso del Municipio de Bucaramanga y su Área Metropolitana (Departamento de Santander, Región Nororiental), se interponen gran cantidad de acciones de tutela, para proteger el derecho a la salud. El presente Artículo se presenta como un avance de la investigación denominada “Impacto de las acciones de tutela, como mecanismo de  protección al derecho a la salud en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, período 2005-2008”. Se pretende dar razón de la forma como ha sido utilizada la acción de tutela en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, por parte de la ciudadanía, para acceder al derecho a la salud.AbstractIn Colombia and specifically for the case of the Municipality of Bucaramanga and their Metropolitan Area (Department of Santander, Northeastern Region), they intervene great quantity of actions of guidance, to protect the right to the health. The article is presented as an advance of the denominated investigation “Impact of the actions of guidance, as protection mechanism to the rights to the health in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, period 2005-2008”. it is sought to agree with like the action has been used of it guides in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, on the part of the citizenship, to consent to the right to the health.
