Summary: | Since Ruling T-239 of 2018, the need to create educational environments free of gender-based violence has escalated in legal discussions, however, both the characterization and recognition of this violence in classrooms remains a fruitless and merely illustrative discussion. The health emergency conditions caused by COVID-19 has shown the need to rethink relationships and educational dynamics beyond preconceptions, in order to address the complexities that represent both the construction of dialogue and the use of language within educational dynamics. This paper calls to take advantage of the emergence of new forms of new forms of communication in higher education institutions to rethink the way in which gender violence is being observed based on the institutional instruments resulting from ruling T-236 of 2018 and to deepen the study of the conditions of equality within the classrooms, in order to have tools that respond effectively to the materialization of gender equality in education. |
