A regulation in Colombia will benefit the environment that would prevent scenarios of non-renewable extraction and exploitation resources from continuing, and avoiding a negative impact on ecosystem equilibrium. It will also benefit the economic sector to the extent that delimits and stablish clear rules for individuals who want to be part of the economic sector here, lower than other competitors in the market.En el presente trabajo pretendemos dar una respuesta a la importancia de la regulación en materia de energías no convencionales o energías renovables, regulación que en el interior de nuestro ordenamiento no existe. Una regulación que beneficiará al medio ambiente, en cuanto evita que escenarios de extracción y explotación de recursos no renovables continúen, y evitar el impacto negativo al equilibrio ecosistémico. Así mismo beneficiará al sector económico en la medida en que delimite y termine reglas de juego claras para los particulares que quieran hacer parte del sector económico aquí inferior a los demás competidores del mercado.Dans cet article, nous avons l’intention de donner une réponse à l’importance de larégulation de l’énergie non-conventionnelle et l’énergie renouvelable, régulation quin’existe guère au sein de notre système. Cette régulation bénéficiera l’environnement et empêchera la continuité des scénarios d’extraction et d’exploitation des ressources non renouvelables, dans l´intention d’éviter un impact négatif sur l´équilibre de l’écosystème. De la même manière, cette régulation sera pareillement bénéfique pour le secteur économique dans la mesure où elle délimite et détermine des règles claires pour les particuliers qui veulent faire partie du secteur économique.
