The objective of this article is the define concepts of quality assurance in the SOGC framing them from the law 100.La garantía de calidad es una de las frases frecuentes dentro de las Instituciones de Salud así como en la práctica individual de la Medicina. Corresponde a todas las acciones grupales encaminadas a que los pacientes obtengan los mejores resultados con los menores riesgos al recibir una atención médica. El aseguramiento de la calidad es una de las acciones importantes encaminada a lograr la garantía de calidad. Debido a nuestro trabajo profesional, es necesario garantizar a los pacientes que recibirán una atención con los mejores recursos humanos y tecnológicos utilizados de manera razonada. El objetivo de este artículo es definir los conceptos que nos llevan a la garantía de calidad enmarcándolos en el SOGC (Sistema Obligatorio de la Garantía de la Calidad) a partir de la ley 100.La garantie de qualité est l’une des phrases fréquentes à l’intérieur des Institutions de Santé ainsi que en pratique individuelle de la Médecine. Il communique à toutes les actions grupales dirigées à que les patients obtiennent les meilleurs résultats avec les moindres risques après avoir reçu une attention médicale. L’assurance de la qualité est l’une des actions importantes dirigée à obtenir la garantie de qualité. Grâce à notre travail professionnel il est nécessaire de garantir les patients qui recevront une attention avec les meilleurs ressources humaines et technologiques utilisés d’une manière raisonnée.
