description	In the course of a conceptual synthesis article on training for the exercise of human rights developed from the perspective of critical theory and analysis of their support from some authors; the same as the product of an experience in which the incidence of power relations in the development of law is analyzed participation in children of Basic Education Primary. It contains the analysis of some statements that have failed with the intention of guaranteeing the right to education, due process, free development of personality of students who take the standard and legal instruments seeking the restitution of the right ; failures oriented processes to be followed against the different cases of school discipline.Article concepts defined by the Court with respect to the right to education, Student Handbook, due process, right to free development of personality relate. He concludes by emphasizing the importance of recognizing the human being as a subject of rights, developed under interpersonal relationships characterized by horizontality of power linking dialogue, participation and ultimately democracy.

He concludes by emphasizing the importance of recognizing the human being as a subject of rights, developed under interpersonal relationships characterized by horizontality of power linking dialogue, participation and ultimately democracy.En el curso del artículo se desarrolla una síntesis conceptual sobre la formación para el ejercicio de los Derechos Humanos desde la perspectiva de la teoría crítica y el análisis de su sustentación desde algunos autores; el mismo, como producto de una experiencia en la que se analiza la incidencia de las relaciones de poder en el desarrollo del derecho a la participación en niñas y niños de la Educación Básica Primaria, contiene el análisis de algunas sentencias que han fallado con la intención de garantizar el derecho a la educación, el debido proceso, el libre desarrollo de la personalidad, de estudiantes que se acogen a la norma y a los instrumentos legales en busca de la restitución del derecho; los fallos orientan los procesos que se deben seguir frente a los distintos casos de disciplina escolar.En el artículo se relacionan conceptos definidos por la Corte respecto del derecho a la educación, Manual de Convivencia, debido proceso, derecho al libre desarrollo de la personalidad. Concluye enfatizando la importancia de reconocer al ser humano como un sujeto de derechos, desarrollado bajo relaciones interpersonales caracterizadas por la horizontalidad del poder que vincule el diálogo, la participación y finalmente la democracia.Dans le cadre d’un article de synthèse conceptuelle sur la formation pour l’exercice des droits de l’homme mis au point dans la perspective de la théorie et de l’analyse de leur soutien de certains auteurs critiques; le même que le produit d’une expérience dans laquelle l’incidence des relations de pouvoir dans le développement du droit est analysé la participation des enfants de l’éducation de base primaire. Il contient l’analyse de certaines déclarations qui ont échoué avec l’intention de garantir le droit à l’éducation, une procédure régulière, libre développement de la personnalité des élèves qui prennent les instruments standard et juridiques qui cherchent la restitution du droit ; les défaillances des processus orientés à suivre contre les différents cas de discipline scolaire.Article concepts définis par la Cour en ce qui concerne le droit à l’éducation, Guide de l’étudiant, une procédure régulière, droit au développement libre de la personnalité se rapportent.
