Philosophical Research These two words that are cited to title this prologue, have been an invitation that is constantly repeated in this juncture scientifically called CONAVID 19 or commonly known as Coronavirus. But what is thinking intelligently? Is it not something that we do daily and almost unconsciously because it is considered an inherent quality of the human being? Then, why the invitation? Could it be that we are not being able to represent the circumstances that are surrounding us and therefore the solutions that they demand? To try to place, from a simple perspective to the reader within these two terms, it is necessary to take some definitions that, in addition, contribute to the purpose or objective that is intended to be achieved during the lines that make up the body and development of this prologue [...] Thinking could be said to be a faculty or simply the result of a process in which linguistics and symbols play an important role. Thinking is a skill woven from the experience of the world, from parallel levels and channels of perceptual and conceptual life. Finally, it is a skill that is restricted by social and cultural values. The acquisition of this skill requires not only experiences with things, but also social, affective and linguistic interactions (G. Edelman. Bright Air, Brilliant Fire. On the matter of Mind. Pages 173 and following). From a neuroscientific perspective: Possessing a mind means that an organism forms neural representations that can be converted into images, manipulated in a process called thinking, and eventually influence behavior by helping to predict the future, plan accordingly, and choose the next action. (A. Damasio. El Error de Descartes, Crítica, Barcelona, 1994) Intelligence. . . The human intelligence, framed in the principle of being an adaptive resource that has generated the human being in his evolutionary process. Human intelligence, generated in the evolutionary process of the species, has been capable of creating the best project, the way to do this or that, to relate among ourselves and with our natural environment, the best self that we can, the best of the possible worlds. He has deposited in these purposes the hope in a certain idea of humanity and progress, no longer biological but social" (Carlos Muñoz Gutiérrez, Towards a theory of the intelligent mind, Chap.7) In the situation that we currently find ourselves as humanity and community located in that great global village, to think intelligently becomes more than an invitation, a prevailing requirement, more so when we have seen in the previous paragraphs that, this capacity allows us to create our own means in front of diverse situations, which require solutions in a framework not clearly biological, but social, of reason, and logic. It is not enough to make this call to an individual intelligence but to a collective one and it is here where the University enters to play a relevant role, promoting its integral processes in a dynamic and evolutionary way, where innovation and team thinking, strengthens the teaching and learning process. We are going through a crucial moment for higher education, given the preventive social isolation to which we are subjected due to the pandemic that accompanies us and which resists abandoning us. Thinking intelligently then calls us to rethink our institutional and academic processes, and this in turn to conceive new strategies that respond to this present need with foresight and that have as a Presidium to guarantee quality academic training. In the case of Colombia, in relation to higher education institutions, whose modality is face-to-face, an arduous path of forced march had to be undertaken in order to continue with the work entrusted to the training of students, who have also had to face and confront, like the other actors in this process, the incorporation of ICTs in a tempestuous but essential manner so as not to see their academic process and therefore their life project interrupted. The adaptation that has been carried out, motivated by the situation, should not only be seen as an immediate response to the existing situation, but also to a need for efficient, highly competitive training that continues with the high quality that has been committed, and which is already demanded, by a digital economy that demands highly qualified professionals for its development and growth. There is no doubt that this new scenario with its clear challenges effectively and proactively calls for the interaction that must exist and be promoted in order to achieve that collective intelligent thinking that will allow us to share experiences, information and knowledge, providing new solutions that transform societies through new knowledge and lessons learned. |

Investigaciones Filosóficas Estas dos palabras que se citan para titular este prólogo, han sido una invitación que se repite constantemente en esta coyuntura llamada científicamente CONAVID 19 o comúnmente conocido como Coronavirus. ¿Pero qué es pensar inteligentemente? ¿No es acaso algo que hacemos cotidianamente y casi inconsciente por considerarse una cualidad inherente al ser humano? Entonces, ¿por qué la invitación? ¿Será que no estamos siendo capaces de representar las circunstancias que nos están rodeando y por ende las soluciones que éstas nos demandan? Para tratar de ubicar, desde una perspectiva sencilla al lector dentro de estos dos términos, se hace necesario tomar algunas definiciones que, adicionalmente aporten al propósito o al objetivo que se pretende alcanzar durante las líneas que conforman el cuerpo y desarrollo de este prólogo […] Pensar se podría decir es una facultad o simplemente el resultado de un proceso en el que la lingüística y los símbolos juegan un papel importante. El pensamiento es una habilidad urdida desde la experiencia del mundo, desde niveles paralelos y canales de la vida perceptiva y conceptual. Finalmente, es una habilidad que queda restringida por valores sociales y culturales. La adquisición de esta habilidad requiere no sólo experiencias con las cosas, requiere también interacciones sociales, afectivas y lingüísticas (G. Edelman. Bright Air, Brilliant Fire. Desde una mirada neurocientífica: Poseer una mente significa que un organismo forma representaciones neurales que pueden convertirse en imágenes, ser manipuladas en un proceso denominado pensamiento, y eventualmente influir en el comportamiento al ayudar a predecir el futuro, planificar en consecuencia y elegir la siguiente acción. El Error de Descartes, Crítica, Barcelona, 1994) Inteligencia.[…] La inteligencia humana, enmarcada en el principio de ser un recurso adaptativo que ha generado el ser humano en su proceso evolutivo. La Inteligencia humana, generada en el proceso evolutivo de la especie, ha sido capaz de crear el proyecto de lo mejor, la manera para hacer tal o cual cosa, relacionarnos entre nosotros mismos y con nuestro medio natural, el mejor yo que podamos, el mejor de los mundos posibles. Ha depositado en estos propósitos la esperanza en cierta idea de la humanidad y del progreso, no ya biológico sino social” (Carlos Muñoz Gutiérrez, Hacia una teoría de la mente inteligente, Cap.7) En La situación que actualmente nos encontramos como humanidad y comunidad localizados en esa gran aldea global, pensar inteligentemente se hace más que una invitación, un requerimiento imperante, más cuando hemos visto en los párrafos anteriores que, esta capacidad nos permite crear nuestros propios medios frente a diversas situaciones, que requieren soluciones en un marco no netamente biológico, sino social, de la razón, y de la lógica. No basta realizar este llamado a una inteligencia individual sino colectiva y es aquí donde la Universidad entra a jugar un papel relevante, impulsando sus procesos integrales de manera dinámica y evolutiva, donde la innovación y el pensamiento en equipo, fortalezca el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Pasamos por un momento crucial para la educación superior, dado el aislamiento social preventivo al que estamos sometidos por la pandemia que nos acompaña y que se resiste a abandonarnos. Pensar inteligentemente nos llama entonces a repensar nuestros procesos institucionales y académicos, y esto a su vez a concebir nuevas estrategias que respondan a esta necesidad presente con prospectiva y que tenga como Baluarte garantizar una formación académica de calidad. Para el caso Colombiano , en relación con las instituciones de educación superior, cuya modalidad es la presencial, se tuvo que emprender un camino arduo y de marcha forzada para poder continuar con la labor encomendada de la formación de los estudiantes, quienes también han tenido que enfrentar y afrontar, al igual que los demás actores de este proceso, la incorporación de las TIC de una manera tempestuosa pero imprescindible para no ver interrumpido su proceso académico y por ende su proyecto de vida. La adaptación que se ha ido realizando, motivada por la situación, debe no solo verse como una respuesta inmediata ante la coyuntura existente, sino a una necesidad de formación eficiente, altamente competitiva que continúe con la alta calidad que se ha comprometido, y que es exigida ya, por una economía digital que reclama profesionales altamente capacitados para el desarrollo y crecimiento de la misma. No hay duda, que este nuevo escenario con retos claros solicita de manera efectiva y proactiva la interacción que debe existir y promoverse para lograr ese pensamiento inteligente colectivo que nos permitirá compartir experiencias, información y conocimientos, aportando nuevas soluciones que transformen sociedades a través de nuevos saberes y lecciones aprendidas.Quand je pense avec le langage, je ne comprends pas les "significations" en plus de l'expression verbale ; le langage lui-même est le véhicule de la pensée. l. Recherche philosophique Ces deux mots qui sont cités pour intituler ce prologue, sont une invitation qui est constamment répétée dans cette conjoncture scientifiquement appelée CONAVID 19 ou communément appelée Coronavirus. Mais qu'est-ce que penser intelligemment ? N'est-ce pas quelque chose que nous faisons quotidiennement et presque inconsciemment parce que c'est considéré comme une qualité inhérente à l'être humain ? Alors, pourquoi cette invitation ? Serait-ce parce que nous ne sommes pas en mesure de représenter les circonstances qui nous entourent et donc les solutions qu'elles exigent ? Pour essayer de situer, dans une perspective simple pour le lecteur, ces deux termes, il est nécessaire de prendre quelques définitions qui, en outre, contribuent à la finalité ou à l'objectif que l'on veut atteindre au cours des lignes qui constituent le corps et le développement de ce prologue [...]. On pourrait dire que la pensée est une faculté ou simplement le résultat d'un processus dans lequel la linguistique et les symboles jouent un rôle important. Penser est une compétence tissée à partir de l'expérience du monde, des niveaux et des canaux parallèles de la vie perceptive et conceptuelle. Enfin, c'est une compétence qui est limitée par les valeurs sociales et culturelles. L'acquisition de cette compétence nécessite non seulement des expériences avec les choses, mais aussi des interactions sociales, affectives et linguistiques (G. Edelman. Un air pur, un feu brillant. Sur la question de l'esprit. Pages 173 et suivantes). D'un point de vue neuroscientifique : Posséder un esprit signifie qu'un organisme forme des représentations neuronales qui peuvent être converties en images, manipulées dans un processus appelé pensée, et finalement influencer le comportement en aidant à prédire l'avenir, à planifier en conséquence et à choisir l'action suivante. (A. Damasio. El Error de Descartes, Crítica, Barcelona, 1994) Le renseignement. . . L'intelligence humaine, encadrée dans le principe d'être une ressource adaptative qui a généré l'être humain dans son processus d'évolution. L'intelligence humaine, générée dans le processus d'évolution de l'espèce, a été capable de créer le meilleur projet, la manière de faire ceci ou cela, de se mettre en relation entre nous et avec notre environnement naturel, le meilleur soi que nous pouvons, le meilleur des mondes possibles. Il a déposé dans ces buts l'espoir en une certaine idée de l'humanité et du progrès, non plus biologique mais social" (Carlos Muñoz Gutiérrez, Vers une théorie de l'esprit intelligent, chap.7) Dans la situation où nous nous trouvons actuellement en tant qu'humanité et communauté située dans ce grand village global, penser intelligemment devient plus qu'une invitation, une exigence dominante, d'autant plus que nous avons vu dans les paragraphes précédents que, cette capacité nous permet de créer nos propres moyens face à des situations diverses, qui exigent dessolutions dans un cadre non pas clairement biologique, mais social, de raison et de logique. Il ne suffit pas de faire cet appel à une intelligence individuelle mais à une intelligence collective et c'est là que l'Université entre en jeu pour jouer un rôle pertinent, en promouvant ses processus intégraux d'une manière dynamique et évolutive, où l'innovation et la pensée d'équipe, renforce le processus d'enseignement et d'apprentissage. Nous vivons un moment crucial pour l'enseignement supérieur, étant donné l'isolement social préventif auquel nous sommes soumis en raison de la pandémie qui nous accompagne et qui résiste à notre abandon. Penser intelligemment nous appelle alors à repenser nos processus institutionnels et académiques, et à concevoir à leur tour de nouvelles stratégies qui répondent à ce besoin actuel avec clairvoyance et qui ont pour présidium de garantir une formation académique de qualité. Dans le cas de la Colombie, en ce qui concerne les institutions d'enseignement supérieur, dont la modalité est le face-à-face, un chemin ardu de marche forcée a dû être entrepris afin de poursuivre le travail confié à la formation des étudiants, qui ont également dû faire face et se confronter, comme les autres acteurs de ce processus, à l'incorporation des TIC de manière tempétueuse mais essentielle afin de ne pas voir leur processus académique et donc leur projet de vie interrompu. L'adaptation qui a été réalisée, motivée par la situation, ne doit pas seulement être considérée comme une réponse immédiate à la situation existante, mais aussi à un besoin de formation efficace et hautement compétitive qui se poursuit avec la qualité élevée qui a été engagée, et qui est déjà exigée, par une économie numérique qui exige des professionnels hautement qualifiés pour son développement et sa croissance. Il ne fait aucun doute que ce nouveau scénario, avec ses défis évidents, appelle de manière efficace et proactive l'interaction qui doit exister et être promue afin de parvenir à cette réflexion collective intelligente qui nous permettra de partager des expériences, des informations et des connaissances, en apportant de nouvelles solutions qui transforment les sociétés grâce aux nouvelles connaissances et aux enseignements tirés."Quando penso com linguagem, não recebo 'significados' para além da expressão verbal; a própria linguagem é o veículo do pensamento. Investigação Filosófica Estas duas palavras que são citadas para intitular este prólogo, têm sido um convite que é constantemente repetido nesta conjuntura cientificamente chamado CONAVID 19 ou vulgarmente conhecido como Coronavírus. Mas o que é pensar inteligentemente? Não é algo que fazemos diariamente e quase inconscientemente porque é considerado uma qualidade inerente do ser humano? Então, porquê o convite? Será que não estamos a ser capazes de representar as circunstâncias que nos rodeiam e, portanto, as soluções que eles exigem? Para tentar colocar, de uma simples perspectiva ao leitor dentro destes dois termos, é necessário tomar algumas definições que, além disso, contribuam para a finalidade ou objectivo que se pretende alcançar durante as linhas que compõem o corpo e o desenvolvimento deste prólogo [...] Pode dizer-se que o pensamento é uma faculdade ou simplesmente o resultado de um processo em que a linguística e os símbolos desempenham um papel importante. Pensar é uma habilidade tecida a partir da experiência do mundo, de níveis e canais paralelos da vida perceptiva e conceptual. Finalmente, é uma habilidade que é limitada por valores sociais e culturais. A aquisição desta habilidade requer não só experiências com as coisas, mas também interacções sociais, afectivas e linguísticas (G. Edelman. Ar Brilhante, Fogo Brilhante. Sobre a questão da Mente. Páginas 173 e seguintes). De uma perspectiva neurocientífica: Possuir uma mente significa que um organismo forma representações neurais que podem ser convertidas em imagens, manipuladas num processo chamado pensamento, e eventualmente influenciar o comportamento ao ajudar a prever o futuro, planear em conformidade, e escolher a acção seguinte. (A. Damasio. El Error de Descartes, Crítica, Barcelona, 1994) Inteligência. . . A inteligência humana, enquadrada no princípio de ser um recurso adaptativo que gerou o ser humano no seu processo evolutivo. A inteligência humana, gerada no processo evolutivo das espécies, foi capaz de criar o melhor projecto, a forma de fazer isto ou aquilo, de nos relacionarmos entre nós e com o nosso ambiente natural, o melhor eu que podemos, o melhor dos mundos possíveis. Depositou nestes propósitos a esperança numa certa ideia de humanidade e progresso, já não biológico, mas social" (Carlos Muñoz Gutiérrez, Towards a theory of the intelligent mind, Cap.7) Na situação em que nos encontramos actualmente como humanidade e comunidade localizada naquela grande aldeia global, pensar inteligentemente torna-se mais do que um convite, uma exigência dominante, mais ainda quando vimos nos parágrafos anteriores que, esta capacidade permite-nos criar os nossos próprios meios perante diversas situações, que requerem soluções num quadro não claramente biológico, mas social, de razão, e de lógica. Não basta fazer este apelo a uma inteligência individual, mas a uma inteligência colectiva e é aqui que a Universidade entra para desempenhar um papel relevante, promovendo os seus processos integrais de uma forma dinâmica e evolutiva, onde a inovação e o pensamento de equipa, fortalecem o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Estamos a atravessar um momento crucial para o ensino superior, dado o isolamento social preventivo a que estamos sujeitos devido à pandemia que nos acompanha e que resiste ao nosso abandono. Pensar inteligentemente chama-nos então a repensar os nossos processos institucionais e académicos, e isto, por sua vez, para conceber novas estratégias que respondam a esta necessidade actual com previdência e que tenham como Presidium a garantia de uma formação académica de qualidade. No caso da Colômbia, em relação às instituições de ensino superior, cuja modalidade é cara a cara, foi necessário empreender um árduo caminho de marcha forçada para continuar o trabalho confiado à formação dos estudantes, que também tiveram de enfrentar e enfrentar, como os outros actores neste processo, a incorporação das TIC de uma forma tempestiva mas essencial para não ver interrompido o seu processo académico e, portanto, o seu projecto de vida.
