Description
Summary:This research seeks to recognize the results of strength training in pre-pubertal teenagers, through various exercises aimed at improving different skills and optimizing their sports development, in children and youths of the Colegio Pedagogic Nacional volleyball team. The quantitative approach, data collection, numerical measurement and statistical analysis were used, aimed at establishing behavior patterns and testing the hypothesis that strength in the studied population increases in a linear and progressive way when incorporating a training strategy. From appropriate strength, the cross-sectional design and the correlational way found the relationship between two or more variables involved. The results of the research exercise showed that the implementation of a strength program with a low load and a progressive increase produces benefits in children and teenagers to improve their execution technique and their physical condition.
