This project also searches to find which the roll of the state to regulate the contents of reggaetón that can be find of a way too much that nobody can say that no listen reggaetón.En el presente artículo se pretende explicar sobre la influencia del reggaetón en los delitos, los efectos malignos que produce en los niños, adolescentes y adultos, y las consecuencias de estos ante la sociedad. A su vez se quiere dar una explicación del porqué no se puede considerar dicha música como un género cultural, pues su contenido misógino y alusivo al consumo de sustancias ilegales, atenta contra el concepto de cultura en una nación. Se busca encontrar cual es papel del estado para regular dichos contenidos que se pueden encontrar de una manera tan abierta que nadie puede decir que no escucha reggaetón.Cet article vise à expliquer l’influence du reggaeton sur la criminalité, les effets malins qu’elle produit sur les enfants, les adolescents et les adultes, et leurs conséquences sur la société. Dans le même temps, nous voulons expliquer pourquoi cette musique ne peut pas être considérée comme un genre culturel, car son contenu misogyne et allusif à la consommation de substances illégales, menace le concept de culture dans une nation.
