Esta investigación se centraen la identificación de los vacíos regulatorios en el área de Core de la telefonía móvil susceptibles en la prestación del servicio. Para esto se realizó un análisis detallado de la situación actual de la penetración, cobertura y generación de ingresos de la telefonía móvil celular,encada uno de los actores involucrados en este servicio. A continuación, se relaciona y analiza la normativa que regula el servicio y se identifican cada una de las tecnologías instaladas que están operativas en Colombia. Con estos tres análisis se identifican los aspectos que requieren ser regulados en el área de Core de la telefonía móvil. Por último, se identifican las posibles mejoras y se establecen los aspectos que se deben tener en cuenta para un ente regulador. |
