La ciudad de Montería, se establece como uno de los territorios más amplios en cultura y diversidad, vegetación y sostenibilidad. Además, posee su principal fuente hídrica, que es el Rio Sinú, lo cual le permite mostrar un gran avance en riqueza y economía. Siendo Montería una de las ciudades que más crecimiento y progreso ha tenido después del siglo XX, se tiene en un foco humano, en donde prima el desarrollo del espacio público, la calidad de vida de sus habitantes y la mejoría del ecosistema. De acuerdo a eso, es posible mencionar que la estética, es el estudio objetivo en donde se entiende lo bello, pero estructurado de los parámetros constituidos en lo que está a nuestro alrededor; por esto; se busca a partir del proyecto planteado, fortalecer un equipo interdisciplinar que lidere los cambios integrales de la ciudad, desde las diferentes características económicas, sociales y ambientales. El eje del proyecto, principalmente, es el sector central llamado ‘’Montería Aprende’’, el cual es un proyecto urbano arquitectónico que permitirá conectar el rio Sinú con la ciudad directamente y así generar lazos que permitan a través de este, la creación de muelles, puentes, parques y demás. |

Consequently, it is possible to mention that esthetics are the objective study where the beautiful, but structured making technical parameters in what is around them; for this reason, you are looking for from the proposed project, reinforce an interdisciplinary team that leads the comprehensive changes in the city, from different economic, social and environmental characteristics.
