La presente propuesta se basó en la generación de infraestructura para el municipio de Arauca con la finalidad de dotarla y establecer una proyección a futuro para su crecimiento. En el municipio de Arauca se generó un tejido urbano sin proyección de conceptos propios de modelo de ciudad y la vivienda como requerimiento esencial de cualquier comunidad debe responder cualitativa y cuantitativamente al contexto donde se encuentra aportando calidad, alcance y referencia. Este planteamiento corresponde al desarrollo de un centro habitacional para dar estructura urbana al municipio y un punto de alusión a la comunidad araucana para su futuro crecimiento. El proyecto está marcado por un objetivo principal, el de contribuir en el desarrollo de ciudad al municipio, por medio de este se proyecta dejar una estructuración de ordenamiento del territorio por medio del espacio público con un propósito narrativo urbanístico, proponiendo una nueva imagen urbana para la relación entre habitantes y entorno. El planteamiento del proyecto se basa en la conformación de dos manzanas las cuales respeta 3 accesos directos al lote que conectan al municipio longitudinalmente, teniendo en cuenta perfiles viales que respondan a la densificación que se está planteando. La implantación de los bloques se hace paralelamente al norte, generando un aislamiento entre los dos bloques que cuenta con la misma longitud del bloque en su altura y entre ellos, con el objetivo de generar una franja urbana donde se desarrollé diferentes actividades al aire libre y aliviane la acumulación de calor que se da en el lugar. En el diseño interior se generó 4 tipos de viviendas de estrato 3, con una densidad media. A nivel de primer piso se ubican puntos de locales comerciales y servicios complementarios al centro habitacional. |
