Clausen en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, inmueble declarado Bien de Interés Cultural según Resolución número 002 con fecha del 12 de marzo de 1982; el cual se enfoca en la salvaguarda del inmueble y sus características arquitectónicas. El desarrollo del proyecto se produce a partir de un análisis general del bien, abarcando los campos históricos, formales, y urbanos del edificio en su contexto; dando uso a tres teorías especificas del restauro, restauro moderno, histórico y científico, las cuales son analizadas e interpretadas para presentar como resultado final una propuesta esquematizada de una intervención contemporánea aplicada al edificio mediante el cambio de su uso actual.
