The competitiveness of a company, a nation or a region is related to the interaction between higher educa­tion and the state of technology, so it is necessary to fully exploit the innovation-driven to absorb, adapt, create technology phase, ie an interaction between human capital accumulations, technologi­cal change at the university level in companies.Este ensayo tiene como propósi­to, la competitividad educativa, a partir de la relación de dos ele­mentos de interés: competitivi­dad y educación. Así, se configura una propuesta teórica analítica que considera los enfoques, de­finiciones de competitividad y educación. La competitividad de una empresa, una Nación o una región se relaciona con la interac­ción entre educación universitaria y el estado de la tecnología, por lo que hace necesario aprovechar plenamente la fase impulsada por la innovación para absorber, adap­tar, crear tecnología, esto es, una interacción entre la acumulación de capital humano, el cambio tec­nológico en el nivel universitario en las empresas.Cet essai a comme un propos, la compétitivité éducative, à partir de la relation de deux éléments d’intérêt: une compétitivité et une éducation. Ainsi, on configure une proposition théorique analytique qu’il considère comme les points de vue, définitions de compétitivi­té et d’éducation.
