The investigations of this edition are the development of topics that cover large content of problems social and legal, both in a national context and international. On this occasion, the magazine Principia Iuris, Seriado 31, presents its research development in three sections: First, study, THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL AND THE PRACTICAL SCOPE OF THE BINDING VALUE OF THE JURISPRUDENCE IN COLOMBIA; which allows to establish the scope of dogmatic legal interpretation. The second, addresses, THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW IN THENATIONAL LEGISLATION; an approximation adjusted to the general sources of law. And finally, they develop, PUBLIC MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS IN COLOMBIA; looking to set parameters in the current management and administration model of Justice. The permanent and inexhaustible effort of jurists and participants of this edition, we highlight it, and with its greatness, all the science of law.

Las investigaciones de esta edición son el desarrollo de temas que abarcan gran contenido de problemáticas sociales y jurídicas, tanto en un contexto nacional como internacional. En esta oportunidad, la Revista Principia Iuris, Seriado 31, presenta su desarrollo investigativo en tres secciones: La primera, estudia, EL CONTROL CONSTITUCIONAL Y EL ALCANCE PRÁCTICO DEL VALOR VINCULANTE DE LA JURISPRUDENCIA EN COLOMBIA; que permite establecer el alcance de la interpretación jurídico dogmático. La segunda, aborda, LOS PRINCIPIOS GENERALES DEL DERECHO EN LA LEGISLACIÓN NACIONAL; una aproximación ajustada a las fuentes generales del Derecho. Y finalmente, se desarrollan, LA GESTIÓN PUBLICA EN EL CONTEXTO DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN COLOMBIA; buscando establecer parámetros en el actual modelo de la gestión y la Administración de Justicia. Les recherches de cette édition sont le développement de sujets qui comprennent un grand contenu de problématiques sociaux et juridiques, tant dans un contexte national comme international. A cette occasion, la revue Principia Iuris, Série 31, présente son développement de recherche en trois sections: la première section étudie LE CONTRÔLE CONSTITUTIONNEL ET LAPORTÉE PRATIQUE DE LA VALEUR CONTRAIGNANTE DE LA JURISPRUDENCE EN COLOMBIE, ce qui permet d’établir la portée de l’interprétation juridique dogmatique.
