Por lo que se propone un proyecto de vivienda colectiva para equilibrar el uso del suelo e incentivar la prolongación del suelo de expansión con predominancia en vivienda. El espacio público como complemento a la vivienda, la dotación urbana y espacios pensados en los habitantes de la región, donde se integra y se enmarca el paisaje y se conservan fenómenos urbanos y arquitectónicos dentro del proyecto de vivienda, son características únicas de Jericó, y lo que se pretende es conservar la esencia de los Jericoanos, pues los enmarca la conservación del patrimonio, el paisaje y las tradiciones. |
