En la localidad 7ª de Bosa se encuentra ubicada la UPZ central, donde funcionan 10 colegios distritales con una población de 36.996 estudiantes. En estas instituciones educativas la convivencia escolar se ve afectada por diversos conflictos relacionados por diferentes circunstancias tanto internas como externas que afectan a la institución educativa.Por tal motivo los estudiantes tienen derecho a un debido proceso disciplinario para ser sancionados cuando han infringido alguna norma contemplada en el manual de convivencia escolar. “El debido proceso se aplicara a toda clase de actuaciones judiciales y administrativas. Nadie podrá ser juzgado sino conforme a leyes preexistentes al acto que se le imputa” (Constitución Política de Colombia, art 29) |
