Summary:Dental trauma is a common event among children and adolescents. Frequently, it occurs in ages between the 7 and 10 years of age. Within these traumatic injuries is the complicated crown fracture that affects in most of the cases the superior central incisors. The purpose of this paper is to show the reattachment of the dental fragment in a patient who underwent this traumatic injury.
