Bajo esta perspectiva, se ha diseñado un tablero con el propósito de socializar el juego en comunidades rurales y urbanas de Colombia, donde los primeros esfuerzos han dado el fruto esperado en la Escuela José Hilario López, ubicada en la Unión del Salado, municipio de Páez, departamento del Cauca. |

Bajo esta perspectiva, se ha diseñado un tablero con el propósito de socializar el juego en comunidades rurales y urbanas de Colombia, donde los primeros esfuerzos han dado el fruto esperado en la Escuela José Hilario López, ubicada en la Unión del Salado, municipio de Páez, departamento del Cauca.Abapa, a variant of the African Awale, has become a pedagogical tool worthy of exploiting in the classrooms, not only because of the symbolic load of the board or its age, but because of its ability to weave community and develop numerical skills while strengthening social structure.
