Resulta fundamental establecer estrategias de seguimiento desde la sociedad civil y la academia que complementen la labor de seguimiento hecha por la Corte Interamericana, pues en la práctica se ha evidenciado que el cumplimiento cabal de las sentencia se prolonga en el tiempo al punto que para la víctima, el proceso adelantando ante una instancia internacional es solo una parte de la gran batalla que debe estar dispuesta a seguir afrontando para lograr la reparación efectiva de sus derechos.The jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has broadened the spectrum of the integral reparation, including from non-property components as true ways of satisfaction and service.
