To do this, the concept of gender relations exposed by the sociologist Magdalena Leon will be revisited, a pioneer in this field, who presents elements to understand the gender systems, the power relations between the sexes and the influence of these elements in the social representations, in the collective expectations, and hence, in the construction of identity of women.Este artículo expone algunos conceptos que permiten comprender el proceso de construcción identitaria de las mujeres luego de afrontar un evento de desplazamiento forzado. Para ello procurará, primero, definir este tipo de desplazamiento a través de las nociones de autores como Donny Meertens, Martha Bello y Harvey Danilo Suárez.
