description El propósito fundamental de este trabajo es presentar un modelo conceptual, contextualizado al entorno colombiano para el ejercicio de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa/Empresarial (RSC/E) según (Hernandez & Montano Cruz, 2016) de una compañía multinacional que se desempeña en el sector de protección y nutrición de cultivos, modelo que a partir de los elementos considerados estratégicos por su grupo tomador de decisiones que le permita enfocar y ajustar sus estrategias de RSC/E y replicar el ejercicio en sus regionales Latinoamérica. El modelo, reconoce a la RSC/E como una construcción amplia y multidimensional basada en: Creatividad, Escalabilidad, Responsividad, Glocalidad y Circularidad, bajo la óptica de la gerencia regional y clientes (internos y externos). Analizar la orientación de la RSC/E de la compañía y su ejercicio, favorece la gestión de asuntos relacionados con adquirir, asimilar y aplicar nuevos conocimientos en la materia, y caracterizar la percepción de sus grupos claves de interés respecto de los factores mencionados en consonancia con los estándares.

El modelo, reconoce a la RSC/E como una construcción amplia y multidimensional basada en: Creatividad, Escalabilidad, Responsividad, Glocalidad y Circularidad, bajo la óptica de la gerencia regional y clientes (internos y externos). Analizar la orientación de la RSC/E de la compañía y su ejercicio, favorece la gestión de asuntos relacionados con adquirir, asimilar y aplicar nuevos conocimientos en la materia, y caracterizar la percepción de sus grupos claves de interés respecto de los factores mencionados en consonancia con los estándares.This work aims to present a conceptual model contextualized to the Colombian environment for the exercise of CSR / E of a multinational company inside the crop protection and nutrition sector. Based on which elements its decision-making group consider as strategic the model recognizes CSR / E as a broad and multidimensional construction based on Creativity, Scalability, Responsiveness, locality, and Circularity. The model allows the company to focus and adjust its CSR / E strategies and replicate the exercise in its Latin American regions.
