A technical method of agglomeration and compaction was proposed to combine the residual materials mentioned above and a machine was obtained that processes a raw material that has insulation properties, as well as machining generating a possible reducing the environmental impact caused by these wastes in each of the industries where they are generated.En este artículo muestra el desarrollo de una máquina que surge a partir del análisis del desecho del serrado de la madera como material residual a fin de proponer junto con otro material que tomase el papel de aglomerante y a su vez fuera un desecho de otra industria; para esto se experimentó con distintos desechos de los cuales se encontró que el poliestireno expandido que es un material residual generado en otro proceso productivo, presta las propiedades y características adecuadas para el material a proponer y de manera conjunta minimizar la generación y dispersión de este material particulado en un entorno. Se planteó un método técnico de aglomeración y compactación para combinar los materiales residuales mencionados anteriormente, y se obtuvo una máquina que procesa una materia prima que presenta propiedades de aislamiento, así como de mecanizado generando una posible reducción del impacto ambiental provocado por estos residuos en cada una de las industrias donde se generan.Este artigo mostra o desenvolvimento de uma máquina que surge a partir da análise do desperdício da serragem da madeira como um material residual, a fim de propor, juntamente com outro material que assumiria o papel de pasta e, por sua vez, foi um desperdício de outra indústria; para isso foi experimentado com diferentes resíduos dos quais verificou-se que a ampliação do poliestireno, que é um material residual gerado em outro processo de produção empresta as propriedades e características adequadas para o material a ser proposto e em conjunto minimizar a geração e dispersão deste material particulado em um ambiente.
