LA VULNERACIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN EL CONFLICTO DEL OCCIDENTE DE BOYACÁ, ESPECIALMENTE EN OTANCHE, MUZO Y COSCUEZ A PARTIR DEL AÑO 2010

The overall objective of this research was “Describe and analyze the context of human rights violence in western Boyacá (Otanche, Muzo and Coscuez), since 2010”, for it is an analysis regarding the context historical conflict in western Boyacá; moments in which the violation of human rights lies in the area of influence and finally, the relationship between human rights violations and efforts to build peace in this region are set based on the experiences of the identified civil society. In Boyacá, there have been important efforts in building scenarios coordination of the various organizational initiatives, mainly with sectors that are constantly violated human rights; work has focused around training processes, prevention and support in the different scenarios where it is considered an urgent need addressing humanitarian issues in the prevention of crimes.
