Today, through this writing, are presented in the light of the Colombian reality some shortcomings and virtues that drench the current legal reality, and consequently the atrocities that have suffered our country, especially when it is a few days of signing a settlement agreement.This paper seeks to clarify the context involving Crimes against Humanity, its configuration and the both study and Political Ethics. To this, it is important to emphasize the analysis of the Rome Statute, putting this law (which we are so attached constitutionality) to the crucible of debate Dogmatic Penal, Criminology and Criminal Axiological or Statesman.El presente trabajo, desde la Filosofía del Derecho, pretende vislumbrar la norma y el plexo de valores que converge en las comunidades actuales, siendo estas fuentes integradoras, siempre utilizada para establecer el bien común y la paz tan anhelada. Hoy, por medio de este escrito, se presentan a la luz de la realidad Colombiana algunas carencias y virtudes que empapan la realidad jurídica actual, y en consecuencia, las atrocidades que ha padecido nuestro país, mas aún cuando se está a pocos días de firmar un acuerdo de conciliación.Este texto pretende dilucidar el contexto que conllevan los Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad, su configuración y el estudio tanto Político como Ético. A lo anterior, será importante recalcar el análisis del Estatuto de Roma, poniendo esta ley (a la cual estamos adscritos por lo que de constitucionalidad) al crisol del debate Dogmático Penal, Criminológico y Axiológico o Político Criminal. Ce document, à partir de la philosophie du droit, vise à entrevoir la norme et les valeurs plexus convergent dans les communautés d’aujourd’hui, ces sources étant compris, toujours utilisé pour établir le bien et la paix commune le souhaite. Aujourd’hui, grâce à cette écriture, sont présentés à la lumière de la réalité colombienne des lacunes et des vertus qui trempent la réalité juridique actuelle, et par conséquent les atrocités qui ont souffert de notre pays, surtout quand il est à quelques jours de la signature une entente de règlement. Ce document vise à clarifier le contexte impliquant des crimes contre l’humanité, sa configuration et l’étude à la fois éthique et politique. Pour cela, il est important de souligner l’analyse du Statut de Rome, en mettant cette loi (qui nous sommes si attachés constitutionnalité) au creuset du débat Dogmatique pénal, criminologie et axiologique criminel ou Statesman.
