Description
Summary:The purpose of this paper is to describe the main problems related to talent management of works that exist in the different construction works in Colombia, for which a research instrument (survey) was applied to professional experts in personnel management in civil works and constructions located in different parts of the national territory. This study was carried out in 2016 thanks to the support of students of a Civil Works Management Technology offered virtually by a public university of Colombia. The importance of the work focuses on exposing the main aspects that the construction company must take into account in order to increase levels of quality of life and well-being of workers in the construction sector with the purpose of increasing productivity levels. As a result of the study, some aspects that are subject to improvement were found. Finally, suggestions are made that may serve construction personnel leaders.
