LE CORBUSIER DESARROLLO DE LA DOBLE ALTURA COMO MECANISMO DE ORDEN 1920 - 1930

El trabajo presentado, busca analizar el desarrollo de la doble altura como mecanismo deorden en las villas e inmuebles de Le Corbusier en la década de 1920 a 1930, periodo de gran producción y experimentación que funcionó como laboratorio para varios de los proyectos de décadas venideras.Como contexto del mecanismo se presenta uno general, el de los procesos industrializados que se dieron posteriores a la primera guerra mundial y un contexto específico como lo es el inicio de la producción en serie en Europa. Ya dentro del análisis se busca llegar a la esencia de lo que es mecanismo a través del estudio de sus variaciones en 22 casos, logrando abstraer tres esquemas de orden que tienden a la “universalidad” por su carácter genérico, los cuales: son el esquema básico, el esquema cruzado y el esquema de repetición y vaciado. Al final del trabajo se muestran una serie de logros que justifican la importancia de mecanismo los cuales tienen que ver, principalmente con: el manejo de la luz natural, la creación de escenarios de dinamismo visual, y la articulación del artefacto arquitectónico con la escala urbana.ABSTRACTThe work presented looks to analyze the development of the double height as the mechanismof order in the villas and buildings of Le Corbusier in the 1920 to 1930 decade, periodof great production and experimentation that served as a laboratory for several of the projects of coming decades. As context of the mechanism appears one general, the one of the industrialized processes that occurred later to World War I and a specific context as it is the beginning of the serial production in Europe. Within the analysis one already looks forward to get to the essence of what the mechanismis, through the study of his variations in 22 cases, abstracting three schemes of order thattend to “universality” by their generic character, which are: the basic scheme, the crossedscheme and the repetition and casting scheme. As a conclusion, the work shows a series of profits that justify the importance of the mechanism, which they have to do, specially, with the handling of natural light, the creation ofscenes of visual dynamism, and the joint of the architectonic device with the urban scale.
