Unos de los elementos principales y determinantes en el fenómeno migratorio internacional sin duda son los temas de los refugiados y del asilo, que como se conoce tienen un marco normativo asociado con otros Estados y organismos multilaterales, los cuales buscan establecer espacios seguros y de preservación de los derechos fundamentales hacia el migrante. Al interior de estos elementos intervienen diversas variables que complejizan y ponen en situación de vulnerabilidad al migrante; factores políticos, económicos y sociales, hacen que la integridad, seguridad y los derechos humanos de las personas implicadas sufran un riesgo que los gobiernos de sus respectivos países de origen no pueden suplir o salvaguardar. Por ende resulta pertinente y necesario realizar un análisis sobre las diferentes investigaciones o producciones académicas durante el período 2013-2021 frente a dichos fenómenos, rescatando cifras e información que ayuden a comprender las diferentes dinámicas que se desenvuelven en el marco del asilo y la condición de refugiados en Turquía, el cual se configura como uno de los centros internacionales de recepción de población migrante. |

Within these elements various variables intervene that complicate and put the migrant in a situation of vulnerability; Political, economic and social factors make the integrity, security and human rights of the people involved suffer a risk that the governments of their respective countries of origin cannot supply or safeguard or in some circumstances they are the actors that represent a threat to different people or social groups.
