Summary: | This paper discusses briefly the component of the right to education in the context of changes and transformations of the local authority in Santander. Early Recovery (RT), defined as the ability to restore both national institutions and those of their communities from conflict or natural disasters, covering a multidimensional process guided primarily by humanitarian principles. It is, therefore, to generate and reinforce processes of social and economically sustainable post-crisis phases, to strengthen their own capacities in a wide range of services and aspects, which usually include among others the reintegration of people displacement. |
